The BIKE & HIKE event is produced by BIKE & HIKE, LLC, in cooperation with the Athletic Clubs of Little Rock.  Proceeds from these events have been donated to the ALS Association of Arkansas.  In 2015, along with the cooperation of the ALSA, a new initiative, “Operation Speak Easier” was born. This initiative will work to assist our PALS with the technologies that they need to communicate with medical personnel, family and friends.
