BIKE & HIKE for ALS • Saturday August 29, 2020

7am start time at Rockwater Village in North Little Rock, AR.

We plan to hold the 2020 event, and registration is open. 

BIKE 17 -18 mi. from NLR to Pinnacle Mountain, HIKE 3.5 at Pinnacle Mountain, BIKE back! (read more)
A supported ride with rest stops, our transition station and finish line food, drink and beer!
Proceeds benefit Operation Speak Easier, an initiative to help ALS patients with speech devices.

Choose the original BIKE & HIKE solo event, or grab a partner and do The BIKE & HIKE RELAY!

If you are participating in the relay: #1 will bike, #2 will hike.

  • #1 will BIKE from the start/finish line and ride to the transition station.
  • #2 will drive to the grassy overflow lot at Pinnacle Mountain State Park and take the shuttle van to the transition station and be waiting for #1 partner to HIKE Pinnacle Mountain.
  • #1 will BIKE from the transition station when the #2 returns and ride back to the finish line.

 

Both participants can meet up at the finish line for food and beverages!  Please fill out the name of both participants during the registration.
